Terms for returns policy

Customer satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do, we hope you love your goods just as much as we do. We advise that you carefully follow the size guide in order to get the best fit. We do understand however that not all products will fit each individual, for this reason we offer a 7-day Exchange Policy.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. IYEOMART STORES reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not follow the requirements stated.To start a return, please contact us at support@iyeomart.com or call +2349134878189, with the subject title ‘Exchange‘.  Please include your order number, name and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Please note customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the exchanged items. We recommend using a trackable service and please ensure that you obtain proof of postage. IYEOMART STORES does not issue any warranty for items that have been unsuccessfully delivered back to us and this will be the customer’s responsibility.Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the customer will receive a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.
